Are Gift Cards available?SUBTRACT FRAME Online Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. These are available in varying amounts and can be found by clicking here. Online Gift Cards are only redeemable online. To use your SUBTRACT FRAME gift card you must be logged in to your account. Enter your code into the "Gift Card" section found on the left hand side of the screen. Once you enter your code the Gift Card amount will be applied to your account as Merchandise Credit, available for you to use on any following transactions. During your next checkout process you will be asked if you would like to apply your Merchandise Credit to your order.
How is tax calculated in my order?Orders shipping to California will be charged sales tax.

How long will it take to receive my refund after I shipped my return?The return process usually takes from one to two weeks, including time of receiving the package at our warehouse to the refund back into your account. We will send out an email confirmation immediately once your return is processed.
How can I return an item I have purchased?Returns If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unused) with the tags attached. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Domestic Returns A pre-paid SmartLabel® by Newgistics has been included with your package to make your return process easier. If for some reason a label was not included with your shipment, you can create your own Newgistics SmartLabel®. Make sure to include the original invoice or returns form with your return. No postage is required and a return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or billed to your credit card. Please note: You may also send a return without a Newgistics SmartLabel® via any other trackable service at your expense. International Returns International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include your invoice or returns form when mailing your return to the address below: Subtract Frame 1603 10th Street Berkeley, CA 94710 Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

What time does my order have to be submitted by in order to ship out today?Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm PST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
