RETURNSIf for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition. As we produce our products in small batches, a 35% restocking fee will be charged. Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
DOMESTIC RETURNSIf you wish to return or exchange items from your online order, please complete the Returns Form and include it with your return shipment. We offer a Newgistics SmartLabel® to make the returns process easier. When using this label, a handling and processing fee of $7.95 is required and will be deducted from your refund. INTERNATIONAL RETURNSInternational orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. EXCHANGESIf you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
Subtract Frame accepts the following forms of payment:

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm PST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
Orders shipping to California will be charged sales tax.
SUBTRACT FRAME Online Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. These are available in varying amounts and can be found by clicking here. Online Gift Cards are only redeemable online. To use your SUBTRACT FRAME gift card you must be logged in to your account. Enter your code into the "Gift Card" section found on the left hand side of the screen. Once you enter your code the Gift Card amount will be applied to your account as Merchandise Credit, available for you to use on any following transactions. During your next checkout process you will be asked if you would like to apply your Merchandise Credit to your order.

The return process usually takes from one to two weeks, including time of receiving the package at our warehouse to the refund back into your account. We will send out an email confirmation immediately once your return is processed.
